PPPoEoA was first supported in 12.1(1)T. PPPoEoE was first supported in
12.1(2)T. PPPoEo802.1Q came in on 12.1(5)T. i would suggest running
12.1(5)T4 to pick up all the bug fixes and so on.... btw, we only
support PPPoX on ATM interfaces that support traffic shaping, so you
will need to use a PA-A2 or PA-A3.
