It seems that in 12.1 ip accounting is somehow "flow accelerated"
if you enable "ip flow-cache feature-accelerate" and Netflow:
Router#show ip flow acceleration
Flow feature acceleration is enabled

Slot 0: IP Accounting
Active 139 Attaches 229616899 Detaches 229616760 config changes 64598
Does anyone know what is done there and what the performance
implications are?
