I seem to remember it was discussed here previously but what does
0.0.0.0/32 mean in the ip cef table:

Prefix Next Hop Interface
0.0.0.0/0 n.n.n.n FastEthernet0/0
0.0.0.0/32 receive
3.0.0.0/8 n.n.n.n FastEthernet0/0
...

Running 12.0(7)T.
