RE: [nsp] Catalyst command

It should be noted that there is no real useful information for an operator
in this mode. Aside from being able to brag to your friends, you will not
gain any insight into a problem in debug-eng. What you can do is destroy
register values by doing sets that will render the Catalyst inoperable. DO
NOT SET ANY REGISTER VALUES! The only useful command I've seen is 'ps -c',
which can indicate a CPU problem on the Sup. Everything else is useful only
to the developers who have access to all the symbol information, etc.
