IIRC, the NM-2FE2W is not supported at all in the 26xx series.

I have three NM-2FE2W installed in C2620, C3620 and C3662
but 2620 doesn't recognize it at all, 3620 which is running
enterprise IOS and 3662 have no problems yet, meanwhile 3662
refused NM-4E with one the newest IOS i had.

status : still i have problem with this module

status : no problem at all

failed with : 12.1(5)T6 IP (c3660-i-mz.121-5.T6.bin) !!

status : no problem with NM-2FE2W but NM-4E failed with
         12.1(5)T6 that i have to upgrade to 12.1(5)xx
         cause of new features i need.
