further debug regarding the problem (isdn-status, service, events)
Bell watched the line during several restarts of the T1 controller,
they are not issuing the "out-of-service" tag and cannot find any
peculiarities on the line.
this is a text file zipped to cut down on file size for those who
don't want it :)
in short, the access server is setting the channels to
"out-of-service" and according to bell, this is not a result of thier
signalling... they read everything as fine.
