FYI,
another succesfull story:
cisco 7206VXR (NPE225) processor (revision A) with 245760K/16384K bytes of memory.
R527x CPU at 262Mhz, Implementation 40, Rev 10.0, 2048KB L2 Cache
uptime is 1 day, 2 hours, 40 minutes

while bootting cisco told me about some problem with CAS LATCH, but worked fine anyway.

ps. 256M PC133 DIMM, non-ECC
