Need an IOS recommmendation for 7500+dot1q+PA-MC-2T3+PA-POS-OC3

We have a Cisco 7500 with (among other cards) the following:
   - PA-POS-OC3
   - PA-MC-2T3

We are currently running 12.0(6)S (rsp-k3pv-mz.120-6.S.bin)

I would like to move to a more recent version of IOS that
supports ethernet dot1q encapsulation.

Does the latest 12.0S service provider (-p-) build support
dot1q?

Any reccomandations for recent, stable IOS versions that support
my mix of cards ?
