I haven't. :)
Number of EIGRP neighbors is one of those "it depends" numbers. But
certainly you should be able to get way more than 24 neighbors on a
single box. You may notbe able to do it if you have 24 neighbors
feeding 10,000 routes each to a 2500, but using the right features
(the new stub stuff, etc) you should be able to handle EIGRP neighbors
in the hundreds.
