As an aside, debugging BGP issues can be difficult without an external
view. To see how the rest of the Internet views my prefix announcements, I
use the route servers. Simply telnet to these route servers and issue
commands such as sh ip bgp NETBLOCK or sh ip route NETBLOCK. Here is a
partial list:
