cisco 7206VXR (NPE225) processor with 245760K/16384K bytes of memory.

- it's a "plain off the shelf" PC-100 256Mb DIMM (as there is still no
list of certified RAM), and it just works - no problems seen so far
(full BGP, CEF, ip accounting).
