Quite possibly; what does it do? :)

I *believe* this is Juniper's knob to say "if destinations are located
behind an LSP, use this LSP to get to them". Yes? If so, we call it
"autoroute" - on a tunnel headend, configure 'tunnel mpls traffic-eng
autoroute announce'.
