I'm inferring from your config and other mails that you have an AS5300 with an
octal PRI card and a single MICA 48 modem card. If these assumptions are wrong,
I may be leading you wrong on what IOS versions will work. Also, you have lots
of flash, which means there's no excuse for not having a backout plan - always
have your old image ready in case the new one doesn't work! All that nasty stuff
aside...

You actually want to go to an older release, I think. Try 12.0.18, which is the
latest GD (general deployment) release on the 12.0 train. GD means Cisco has
fairly high confidence in that image's stability. According to your config,
you're using nothing in the way of newly developed features, so you shouldn't
lose anything.

For comparision: you're currently running a patched (T5) development (T) image
on a development train (12.1). And for good measure, Cisco has it flagged as DF
(deferred), which basically means "don't use it".

If memory serves, 12.0.18 will likely reject the "spe" bits of your config that
designate where you load your modem firmware from. This should have no
operational impact other than you'll use whatever modem code is bundled with
12.0.18. It can safely be ignored.
