We have a Cat6509 (NEBS chassis) with Sup2/MSFC2 and IOS 12.1(8a)E
that we are trying to run as a VTP client. Unfortunately, no VLANs
are received. Turning on VTP debugging on the neighboring switches,
we can see that the VTP information is transmitted when doing "vtp
client" within the VLAN database configuration - but nothing is
received on the 6509:
