Netflow SNMP ?

I have a very simple requirement to get a list of the current *active* flows
on
a router running Netflow. Basically the output of "show ip cache flow" via
SNMP.

I have looked at the MIBs on ftp.cisco.com and nothing seems to be near.
Is it even possible ?

I do not need the overhead of exporting the data via UDP to cflowd or
something
similar.
