  Subject: [nsp] 1900 switch upgrade

  Hi All,

I have a 1900 switch and it is running firmware which does not support VLAN options. I need to configure it for VLAN but it needs to upgraded it to enterprise firmware.

At Cisco site I checked for model numbers: WS-C1912-A there is only standard edition software.

If I try to upgrade to enterprise will it be fine or what are the criteria for upgrade so that I can get vlan functionality.

  Best Regards

  Akber
