[nsp] dial-in config with 3640

I have a 3640, which controls the dial-in for our tele/home workers. Is
there a way by which I can stop them making long distance/international
calls using those lines? They are isdn lines.
Can i configure the router to only accept calls and to allow them to use
only the company resources but not to make any calls?
