[nsp] as-path list matching with confederations

Forgive the basic question, but do routes from confederation peers have
both AS_SET and AS_CONFED_SET path segments? The TAC claims that it
isn't possible, but they couldn't explain what happened to the AS path
list that would have been in the set that was left out (are they
combined into one segment and sent?). In either case, if I have a
routemap matching on AS path, does the AS path it matches on include
both the non-confed and confed ASes?
