According to feature navigator, dot1q and CEF don't play nice together on
12.0S. My experience shows otherwise (on 7200, not 7500), but YMMV of course.
As far as getting counters for dot1q subinterfaces, it finally works for me on
a 7206 on 12.2(7.5).
