MessageYou can have a look at debug messages from the router: debug crypto
isakmp sa.
It is going to tell you what is wrong when negotiating policies.

i am unable to create a ipsec tunnel between w2k server and cisco
3662.
when i ping from w2k server to router it shows "Negotiating IP
Security" .
if ne body has configured the same pls advise as where i am making the
mistake.
pls note. if i configure the same between 2 routers its working.
scenario: router---------------switch---------------w2k server
192.168.100.251 /24 192.168.100.134/24
