well if that is all you want I'd use a PIX 515. The PIX-515-R-DMZ-BUN has 3 ethernet cards and retails for around $5000US, additional cards cost a couple hundrend dollars. If you want more than 4 ethernet ports, or failover, in the pix you need the unrestricted version which costs 3 times as much.
just my two cents, but I haven't used the 501 or 506 so I can't comment on them.
