[nsp] CAR on ATM ??

hi there...

i do have an stm1-ATM interface on a 7500 cisco router, can i put a CAR
(rate-limit) as i have it on POS interfaces?? is there a way to limit the
amount of mbps in that interface??
i was thinking about just make a PVC of that limited rate, but i´d like to
have the chance of increase the ammount of used bandwidth, and if i do the
PVC thing then i´ll have to take down the pvc and recreate it to do this.

Any suggestions???
