[nsp] Cisco lead times in Europe

I am curious to hear from those in Europe as to the lead times (actual) for
ordering things like VIP4-50's, NPE-400's, PA-POS-OC3SMI's and PA-T3+'s
during the past 8 months. Are you seeing abnormally long delivery
times? Does expedite help? I'm curious to hear anecdotal stories of
normal lead times as well as abnormal lead times.
