Hi Florian,
Just a quick question, have you Keepalive enabled on only one side, because
according to your logs, the EIGRP is bouncing because of the Serial
interface does.
Please do not hesitate to contact me for any further informations.
regards

Subject: [nsp] EIGRP flapping
Hi ,
My router communicate with another router over serial link, with EIGRP.
The problem consist in EIGRP flapping and my backbone interface is up and
down, frecvently...

Last week I introduced a new VIP 4-80 controller in the router CISCO
7513(module 0) :
1 VIP4-80 RM7000 controller (1 FastEthernet)(4 Serial)(2 E1).
Controller Memory Size: 128 MBytes DRAM, 65536 KBytes SRAM
Fast-Ethernet PA, 1 ports, 100BaseTX-ISL
Fast-Serial PA, 4 ports (attention:PA 4T not PA 4T+)
This controllers not function properly with System Bootstrap, Version
11.1(8)CA1, and I proceed to install another bootstrap.
Now I have a new bootloader version 12.2(1) and with work much better.
IOS (tm) RSP Software (RSP-JK9SV-M), Version 12.2(3), RELEASE SOFTWARE
(fc1)
ROM: System Bootstrap, Version 11.1(8)CA1, EARLY DEPLOYMENT RELEASE
SOFTWARE
BOOTLDR: RSP Software (RSP-BOOT-M), Version 12.2(1), RELEASE SOFTWARE
(fc2)
I forget mention it, the backbone line is very full(bandwidth 6M) every
day and night, and mrtg graph don't have Gauss inflection.

Why not function properly the backbone links with VIP 4-80 with the PA
4T and the PA - 1FE ISL???
This PA 4T function with VIP 2-40
Thanks in advance.
