We use the ADC Kentrox DataSmart iDSU. It can do E3 and T3, and "just
works".

Due to better monitoring capabilities, we prefer PA-E3/PA-T3's to HSSI,
though. If only cisco would finally deliver a NM-E3/T3 for the 36xx...
