[nsp] RIB failure

I have a 7200 running 12.2.8T. The scenario is like this:

- a route comming from any IGP (i have ospf, even connected)

BGP table version is 4659273, local router ID is 217.73.164.6
Status codes: s suppressed, d damped, h history, * valid, > best, i -
internal, r RIB-failure
Origin codes: i - IGP, e - EGP, ? - incomplete
Network Next Hop Metric LocPrf Weight Path
r>i141.85.128.0/24 217.73.164.1 0 100 0 ?
BR1>sh ip bgp 141.85.128.0/24
BGP routing table entry for 141.85.128.0/24, version 4637473
Paths: (1 available, best #1, RIB-failure(17))
  Not advertised to any peer
  Local, (Received from a RR-client)
    217.73.164.1 from 217.73.164.1 (192.129.4.230)
Origin incomplete, metric 0, localpref 100, valid, internal, best
BR1>sh ip route 141.85.128.0
Routing entry for 141.85.128.0/24
Known via "connected", distance 0, metric 0 (connected, via interface)
  Redistributing via ospf 2614
Advertised by ospf 2614 metric 100 subnets
  Routing Descriptor Blocks:
  * directly connected, via FastEthernet0/1.1
Route metric is 0, traffic share count is 1

Also, when a route is comming from an igp and bgp too but I'm not
redistributing that route from the igp into bgp and the route in bgp is
comming from another peer, the same thing happens (RIB-failure).

I have been told by a friend that the same thing happens on 12.2.7a.

So, the question is what does RIB-failure mean, is this a normal
behaviour, am I doing something wrong ?

Thanks for your help.
