Actually, 'ip rcmd rsh-enable' will just enable the rsh server in the
router. If you want to give privileged access levels to the incoming rsh
connection, do:
ip rcmd remote-host [localUser] [remoteHost] [remoteUser] enable 15
rsh isn't perfect, but it'll get the job done.
