[nsp] ip redirect

Our Cisco 7507, running ios 11.1(11a), insists on disabling IP REDIRECTS
on all VIP2 FEIP isl-subinterfaces.

Each time we load the configuration via tftp, all the subinterfaces comes
with "no ip redirects".

Then I have to go thru all subinterfaces and manually enable redirection.

Adding the IP REDIRECTS to the saved confg-file makes no difference.

Why???
