Hi,

I generally look at the memory, and the CPU utilization. If the memory gets
below 2Megs or the CPU stays above 30% for extended periods of time (5
minute levels) I usually look at upgrading bofore it gets to 40. I have
seen some pretty severe stops if the CPU gets into the 40% range...
