You need to make sure that your 12012 is running in full bandwidth mode
(which is, one clock scheduler card and three switch fabric cards).

If your 12012 was ordered a long time ago then it may have been ordered
in 1/4 bandwidth config (ie. OC12 per slot with 1x CSC card) - Note this
is not orderable now. Only E0 cards can be used in this config and E2
cards (which the 3pt GigE is one) cannot be used in 1/4 bandwidth mode.

If this is the case you'll need to get the extra SFM's and CSC to take
the 12012 up to full bandwidth (OC48) per slot.
