Are you asking for a single protocol (rather different protocols
fundamentally follow the same design) in the Internet hierarchy?
I feel that is impractical at this time. IMHO, The *requirements*
doc here is an enhancement to current Internet architecture and not
*proposing* anything fundamentally different.
