Folks

Thanks for the spirited and lively debate on the
requirements note.

Just to keep everyone informed, I'll be reading
through all the comments and so on, responding to
them as needed, over the next week or two. I will
be updating the draft as needed (adding, deleting,
refining, explaining, etc). I _hope_ to have a new
version ready for discussion mid/late January of next
year.
