Simplex Interfaces Routing

Can anyone recommend a way if there is one to be able to do simplex routing. In other words, I currently have traffic transmitting out one interface to a satellite link and receiving on another interface. So the interface is either use for transmitting or receiving but not both. Is there a way to achieve? perhaps with FBF? or some kind of policy?
