Juniper search engine broken

The Juniper search engine keeps returning HTTP 500 - Internal server error
for the past 7 hours (the one available from the upper right hand corner
of the Juniper home page). I have tried with and without proxy servers and
I have tried different search terms. All result in HTTP 500.
