[j-nsp] v6 autoconf

so what's the hack to get the router to do address autoconf for hosts on
a lan segment? i have

protocols {
    router-advertisement {
        interface fe-0/0/0.0 {
            prefix 2001:418:1::1/128;
            }
        }
    }

which seems to work.

    [edit protocols router-advertisement interface interface-name
    prefix prefix] autonomous ;

looked a bit like it might do it, but it seems to be the default,
and is not causing my freebsd/kame systems to autoconf addresses.
