The route resolver refuses to resolve 20.100.0.0/16 via 20.100.11.3,
through a route (in this case 0/0) that would be overshadowed by the
candidate being resolved.

Otherwise a route resolution loop would be created. In this case the
route would then resolve through itself.

Since you are running OSPF anyway it would probably be best to
advertise your BGP nexthops in OSPF instead of relying on a default
route.
