M20 Power Supply problem

Hello,

I have a M20. Recently I have this problem that when I power on both
the DC power supply, one of them will indicate it has DC fault. But
none of them are faulty as they are both working fine if we only turn
on them one at any one time? Has anyone encounter this problem before?

It is working fine in the past and the problem occur after I
relocated the router to another building. Is this a problem with the
router or with the power supply?

Please help.
