This kind of information is publicly available on Juniper's website.
It took me about 1 minute to find it without even using the search
facility! For the lazy ones among you who can't be bothered to look
it up, DLCIs can go from 1 to 1022 per physical interface with 1 to
15 reserved. The exceptions are ChDS3 and ChSTM1 PICs have a limit
of 64 DLCIs per logical interface giving a total of 1792 DLCIs on the
ChDS3 and 4032 DLCIs on the ChSTM1.
