[j-nsp] equivalent of cisco 'default network'

Anybody know if there's a Juniper equivalent to the Cisco 'default
network' statement? The way we use it on our Ciscos is to allow the
default next-hop (for destination addresses which don't have a specific
entry in the routing table) to track the BGP state of our multiple
upstream providers.
