Rubens,
Juniper refers to their Netflow equivalent as "Traffic
Sampling". You can find a general summary and
configuration howto in Chapters 26 and 27 at:

Keep in mind that traffic sampling requires an
Internet Processor II Asic. Also, you must define at
what rate you want to sample your packets. If you
decide to sample _every_ packet watch out for
performance degradation. I haven't received an answer
as to the smallest amount of sampling that can be done
without affecting throughput.
