I'm not exactly sure if this is what you are referring to, but
Junos does support ECMP.
It supports two methods. 1: If there is more than one path to a
destination, it will randomly choose a next-hop and send all
traffic that way.
2: If you enable per packet load balancing, it spreads the
traffic over the next-hops by a source-destination IP + source
and destination port hashing mechanism. This should keep flows
that ingress and egress the router from becoming out of order.
