Haven't tried it yet, but Juniper's netflow export is based on their
packet sampling. This means it gives you statistics, not real numbers,
which is probably OK for b/w management, but poor for billing. Another
note: packet sampling is capable of handling a fixed number of packets/s,
which means that as the number of packets going through the box increases,
your maximum possible percentage of captured packets decreases.
