Cisco informed us this week that full Netflow data for IPv6 (ie. populating ASN data for IPv6 flows) is not even on the roadmap.  We had not been actively hounding them on this issue, because we assumed there was no way they could put off implementing this much longer.  So, if this feature is important to you I recommend escalating with your account team.
