[alcatel-nsp] make alcatel 7750 send ebgp learnt routes

Hi Friends,
I am trying to make alcatel 7750 send ebgp learnt routes to the remote pe
via L3vpn.
I see that alcatel is learing ebgp routes via pe-ce connection, but its not
sending these routes to remote pe.
I see only static and direct routes sent , but not the ebgp learnt
routes..?
