[alcatel-nsp] how to add 802.1ag(eth oam) MEP's in alu7750

Hi,
I am trying to enable eth oam over a dot1q vlan interface on alcatel 7750
box.
Can some one tell me how to add  5/2/3 vlan 1 on alu7750  as MEP under the
"association 1 " ? There is no config option.
