[alcatel-nsp] vccv ping on vpls on alcatel 7750

Hi,
I have alcatel 7750 that has a basic vpls ckt configured with control-word,
but the question is does  alcatel support VCCV ping
over this vpls pseeudowire .
The reason i am asking this again is that, i  got answer from someone on
this list saying that VCCV ping is supported over vpls.

I enabled debugging on the peer device and saw that alcatel does not send
vccv tlv's (CC and CV types, lsp ping, pwe3 control word) at all in its
LABEL_MAPPING msgs.

when i do "show service vpls <id>, i do not see any vccv parameters on  this
pseudowire on alcatel.
