[alcatel-nsp] QoS for Priority of icmp on VPLS

hi,

The below is sample conf.
Default FC is "be", so "ef" is higher priority than be on SW fabric.
If you need rate limit,  you can use rate command in "queue 2".

=============================
        sap-ingress 10 create
            queue 1 create
            exit
            queue 2 create
            exit
            queue 11 multipoint create
            exit
            fc "ef" create
                queue 2
            exit
            ip-criteria
                entry 10 create
                    match protocol icmp
                    exit
                    action fc "ef"
                exit
            exit
        exit
=============================
