[alcatel-nsp] MPLS interface cannot be created when the previous instance is still in cleanup

Dear all,

 

Does anyone know why this message is appeared and why does the creation
of MPLS interface is failed ?

 

A:JKT-KPI-CORE# configure router mpls interface JKT-SML-EDGE-B-R3 

 

INFO: PIP #1329 MPLS interface cannot be created when the previous
instance is still in cleanup
