Also, realize that some commands (like ping) are defaulted to use the
global routing table.  To ping from the management interface for example
you will have to do 'ping router management x.x.x.x'

i added the ip address, but does that mean its applied to a interface
...what about default route setting ?

I have alcatel 7750 SR router, i need to configure the management
interface for this router ? .

I am unable to get this information from the user manual (surprising !).

Can some one please  point me the management interface config...
