Dear All,
Very sorry for my late response. thank you so much for your kind assistance, I've try to make revisions on my configuration, but maybe I need few more days to try it in the lab and hoped I can get expected result. I've read from 'Routing Protocols Guide' and tried that command, but I didn't get the 'load-balance' command, any clue ? :
A:ALu1>config>router>bgp# ibgp-multipath
- ibgp-multipath
- no ibgp-multipath
'in order to have ibgp-multipath kind of behavior for VPN routes, you've
to configure the 'resolving Tunnel' (LDP, RSVP or GRE) ECMP value'
this means that I have to configure ecmp value within VPRN, right ?
Thanks and Regards,
Luthfi

Does anyone knows about ibgp-multipath configuration on 7750SR. The idea is I want to load share VPRN traffic within MPBGP cloud, and there are 2 objectives :
a. All VPRN (VRFs) will use ibgp-multipath
b. Only few VPRN (not all) will use ibgp-multipath
I've tried using command ibgp-multipath on global context and ecmp 2 on service VPRN context but still cannot get load balance result.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you get an off-list answer could you share it with the list? That way the archives have the answer for folks looking it up in the future as well as the list members learn something.
I don't have an answer for you, but as I was looking through the "Routing Protocols Guide" (page 542) I saw this: ibgp-multipath load-balance.
If anyone else finds ibgp-multipath details in one of the 7750 guides could you share with the group?
Thanks,
scott

ibgp-multipath for VPN routes is a misnomer
VPN route's Nexthop resolution is controlled by individual VPRN configuration. On 7750, one can configure VPN NH resolution through LDP, RSVP, GRE or SDP (Service Distribution Point, which is basically statically configured Tunnel). So in order to have ibgp-multipath kind of behavior for VPN routes, you've to configure the 'resolving Tunnel' (LDP, RSVP or GRE) ECMP value.

This is not true, ALU support ibgp-multipath for ipv4-vprn family and ecmp work very well.
Pan vangels ?????:
